Shipping & Delivery Terms

Our aim is to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible. Orders are processed as soon as the complete transaction details & payment is confirmed.

Malaysia and Singapore only

​​

We can only send to West & East Malaysia as well as Singapore currently. We send to street addresses and  do not deliver to a PO Box address. We are NOT able to ship to any International address apart from Singapore.

Shipping address

​

Ensure that you key in the correct shipping/delivery address before you place your order. Note that we are unable to change your address at our end.

 

Standard Delivery (Non MCO / Sale / Promotional Periods)

​

  1. Confirmed orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days for West Malaysia and 7 - 14 working days for Sabah & Sarawak. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday). Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional of 2-3 working days.

  4. ORDER PROCESSING - Payment received and order is being processed.

  5. COMPLETED - Order is fulfilled and tracking code is sent via email.

  6. CANCELLED - Payment unsuccessful.

  7. STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES

  8. All orders are dispatched and delivered by DHL- NinjaVan-PosLaju-Other Courier Services , Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Sale/ Promotional Periods

​

During peak sale/promotional periods, we may not be able to fulfil deliveries as scheduled due  to heavy surges in online orders.

West Malaysia :  Additional 3 - 5 working days for your order to arrive.

Sabah , Sarawak & Singapore :  Additional 5 -7 working days for your order to arrive.

Multiple Address Delivery

​

We are  only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

Delivery Policy

​

When you receive your delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the product/products for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for received products.

  • In order to get prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, contact details including telephone number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

  • In the event that we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address provided by you, we will make a subsequent (2nd) attempt at the specified delivery address. We regret to inform that you that your package will be returned to us and the order will be cancelled if both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt).

 

Proof of Delivery

 

Our courier service may request for a signature from the intended recipient of the items purchased or, it may deliver the order to the reception of the recipient's address and obtain a signature from the receptionist as a proof of delivery.

 

Report Order Problem

 

  • If you find that the items you have ordered are damaged upon delivery, please report to our Consumer Care team at attivapro@gmail.com within 2 days from the date you receive the product with supporting evidence (picture of the damaged item) and order number. Any reimbursement is subject to our discretion.

  • If in the event that any product is missing from your order, please report to our Consumer Care team at attivapro@gmail.com within 2 days from the date you receive the product and we will attend to your report.

  • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Order Cancellations and Amendments

​

We pride ourselves on our efficient order processing. As a result, once your purchase is confirmed, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate order cancellations, amendments, or changes. This policy also extends to alterations in delivery addresses. For security reasons, please be aware that once an order is confirmed, we cannot modify the delivery address. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us, and our dedicated team will be happy to assist you.

Exchange & Refund policy

​

 We accept product exchange & refund following the Terms & Conditions as the  below.

​

 [Damaged/Incorrect Item]: Customer service representative will arrange shipping company to collect the products from you at the arranged time within 14 working days.

[Missing Item]: Customer service representative will arrange shipping company to redelivery the missing item to you within 14 working days.


How long will it take to receive a credit/refund for my returned items?

 

Once received, return packages are processed within 30 days. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank.

  

How do I receive return for - damaged / wrong item received?

 

If you received wrong item(s) or damaged item(S), please retain the box, packaging and all contents and follow the return steps to schedule a return within 15 working days upon receiving.

However , the right to withhold refund/return depends on meeting the above terms satisfactorily.
